• The Client is always right. When s/he is not, we graciously allow them to be right in exchange for their commission or potential future referral. We shall always part on good terms, even if the negotiations are not successful. We want them to become our best promoters.

• We want to be competitive and fair to Sellers & Buyers. Also to Ourselves.

2. WITH REFERENCE TO COLLEAGUES:

• In this Alliance we are all clever and we all play fair games.

• We do not argue with colleagues. We discuss matters in a friendly manner.

• We respect others as we would expect others to respect us. No more… no less.

3. GENERAL CONCEPTS:

• ACCURATE INFORMATION IS ESSENTIAL. Please, let us not waste anybody’s time and let us avoid giving a bad or unreliable image.
